The Simulation Developer will support the creation of high-impact, real-time 3D simulations and tools across multiple platforms within our Marketing and Communications team.
In this role, you will develop immersive Virtual Reality experiences and standalone desktop-based simulation tools that visualize and simulate the functionality of OSI’s advanced maritime systems. While the emphasis is on building interactive, gamified, and VR simulations, the role also supports marketing initiatives, including the generation of high-quality 3D visuals for proposals, presentations, and other communications materials as needed.
You will be responsible for the full development pipeline (from asset creation and optimization to real-time interaction systems and performance tuning) using Unreal Engine, Blueprints, C++, and supporting tools like Blender. This position plays a key role in delivering visual experiences that communicate OSI’s capabilities to both hardware systems and software audiences.
