3D Chart
The ECPINS chart engine is the most powerful maritime data display available on the market, capable of displaying more than 22 different official data types and rendering ENCs in 3D – without the need for proprietary chart types. Satellite imagery and high-resolution mapping products can all be displayed seamlessly and simultaneously. Using user-defined filters, land and maritime operations can be conducted concurrently using the same display.
Conning Display
Easy to read and logically presented, ECPINS Conning Display provides a snapshot of engine and rudder status, environmental conditions, route information, alarm status and a depth profile. Surface or subsurface versions available, designed for military use, the conning display also facilitates high-speed navigation through a simplified user interface.
Nav Tac DDU
Nav Tac DDU is designed to meet the requirements of a “Consistent Common Reference System” (CCRS) as laid down in the IMO’s MSC252(83) Standard for Integrated Navigation Systems, accepting sensor data in either NMEA format from ship’s sensors or message translators developed to accept proprietary data messages. Designed as a dual-redundant system, Nav Tac DDU meets IMO requirements and ensures a robust bridge system design is put in place. Nav Tac DDU also acts as the interface with a warship’s Combat Management Systems; fully redundant, it has been developed to ensure robustness and resilience for naval operations.
Radar & Radar Image Overlay
INTS offers fully type-approved integration with many X- and S-band navigation radars. Each radar’s HMI can be customized beyond IMO requirements and can either be controlled at any MFW or dedicated to particular displays according to User needs. Radar Image Overlay can be provided direct from digital radars or via the LAN using OSI’s proprietary RIBNet Server.
SHOL
Flying operations are safety critical – especially at sea. ECPINS SHOL seeks to reduce OOW workload, improve Ship-Air integration and reduce the risk of accidents. Add a multi-ship ASW situation to the mix at night, and a less-than-friendly sea state can rapidly overload the OOW/OOD. ECPINS SHOL simplifies the picture by enabling the watchkeeper to focus on the multitude of tasks at hand, knowing that flying information is real-time, accurate and timely. The display of Dynamic ‘Cones of Courses’ allows the Ops Room / CIC team maximum tactical flexibility while optimizing ship and aircraft safety at the same time.
W-AIS
W-AIS functionality allows for a detailed Recognized Maritime Picture to be compiled and managed, giving smaller units without an Operations Room the ability to have a rich picture and enhanced Situational Awareness.
WECDIS
INTS offers Full WECDIS functionality beyond the NATO STANAG. WECDIS functionality allows a warship to operate even in the most challenging of navigational and tactical scenarios by combining multiple fixing techniques with ECPINS’ tactical toolsets to help the user create a comprehensive Recognized Maritime Picture.
