The Software Program Director is a single point accountable to the VP, Product Development and responsible for meeting customer and business objectives of all software projects. The Software Program Director will have hands-on delivery responsibility for all software projects and will provide leadership and direction to the team of Software Project Managers, , assigned project teams and other supporting staff working on all software projects.

Working within OSI's Product Development department involves managing the company's intellectual property, including core products like software and systems, and overseeing regulatory approval and safety processes. I integrate software feature update requests from internal customers into new software release projects, collaborating with Product Development and Engineering teams. This collaboration allows me to work directly with individuals from diverse specialties, contributing to common goals and witnessing OSI's products in action worldwide.
