As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software subsystems and modules that power OSI’s mission‑critical maritime solutions. You will translate customer and system requirements into robust designs and high‑quality code, owning deliverables from estimation through release. You will lead by example—mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and helping unblock the team—while ensuring compliance with our ISO 9001 processes and SDLC best practices. You will collaborate across disciplines and contribute to project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of tools and standards.
