New Leadership at OSI Maritime Systems
Jim Girard Appointed President & CEO
April 29, 2025 – OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) is proud to announce the appointment of Jim Girard as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Girard brings extensive leadership experience to the role, having served as OSI’s Chief Operating Officer and, before that, Chief Financial Officer. Since joining OSI in 2007, he has been an integral part of the executive team, playing a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and success.
A driving force behind OSI’s emergence as a global leader in Integrated Navigation and Tactical Systems for Allied and NATO navies, Mr. Girard remains dedicated to advancing OSI’s mission of delivering innovative, fleetwide tactical solutions to both current and future customers.
Before joining OSI, Mr. Girard built a distinguished career in the financial sector, holding senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, and a major Middle Eastern bank. He is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
OSI looks forward to this next chapter under Mr. Girard’s leadership as the company continues to grow and innovate to support its global partners.
