The operator can display the returns from a radar as a layer on top of the powerful ECPINS chart display engine. This gives the operator a powerful positioning and situational awareness tool. In addition to an RIO from either of 2 radars, the operator can acquire ARPA contacts from the returns one-by-one or automatically by range and bearing.
