KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, implement and maintain talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to support business needs,
• Manages full cycle recruitment activities to attract and present a pool of qualified candidates for consideration, in a highly technical global environment. Act as Subject Matter Expert: provides training in effective behavioral interviews, provides guidance to the hiring team and candidates thorough the recruitment process.
• Act as a talent ambassador and ensures a positive recruitment experience for internal stakeholders as well as candidates.
• Support hiring managers in determining selection criteria, preparing job postings, processing hiring approvals, posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, conducting reference checks and/or candidate testing
• Utilize and create multiple channels to generate a pipeline of qualified technical candidates, both active and passive and communicate with these candidates in all of OSI’s business markets.
• Build and maintain an effective talent acquisition and Social Marketing Strategy
• Monitor and measure recruitment results against Key Performance Indicators.
• Actively seeks business optimization opportunities.
• Ensures Diversity and inclusion is embedded at each stage of the recruitment process.
