KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement and maintain talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to support business needs,
Manages full cycle recruitment activities to attract and present a pool of qualified candidates for consideration, in a highly technical global environment. Act as Subject Matter Expert: provides training in effective behavioral interviews, provides guidance to the hiring team and candidates thorough the recruitment process.
Act as a talent ambassador and ensures a positive recruitment experience for internal stakeholders as well as candidates.
Support hiring managers in determining selection criteria, preparing job postings, processing hiring approvals, posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, conducting reference checks and/or candidate testing
Utilize and create multiple channels to generate a pipeline of qualified technical candidates, both active and passive and communicate with these candidates in all of OSI’s business markets.
Build and maintain an effective talent acquisition and Social Marketing Strategy
Monitor and measure recruitment results against Key Performance Indicators.
Actively seeks business optimization opportunities.
Ensures Diversity and inclusion is embedded at each stage of the recruitment process.
